About sydney speech & drama
Hi, I’m Megan and I have been running Sydney Speech and Drama for over ten years. I have always been passionate about communication, whether it be performance, public speaking or debating. I believe in equipping people with the skills needed to become confident, engaging communicators.
My motto is that speech and drama is MORE THAN JUST WORDS. No matter how well crafted a speech, without effective public speaking skills that message can be lost.
Our classes will help you develop a poised and confident demeanour. Learn to inform, persuade and entertain an audience and enjoy yourself while doing so!
I am a qualified speech and drama teacher and have taught at a number of Sydney schools. Many pupils have gained success in a variety of competitions and exams. I am dedicated to helping students grow in confidence and improve their communication skills whatever level they are at. For some it may just be having the confidence to stand up and recite a short poem, for others it may be delivering an impassioned speech to a crowded auditorium.
My background in international broadcast journalism along with formal qualifications gives me some unique experiences to share with those who want to improve their skills across all areas of communication.
